A Lackawanna man and a South Buffalo woman were arrested on drug charges early Sunday after police found the drugs during a traffic stop.
James Botkins, 34, of South Drive, Lackawanna, and Meghann Reedy, 33, of Whitehall Avenue, South Buffalo, were arrested at 1:10 a.m. after police stopped their vehicle in the Kaisertown area, police said.
Police said they saw Botkins tucking something in between the front seat and center console when they approached the car. An investigation revealed a “crack rock,” three wax bags containing drug residue and other drug paraphernalia, police said.
Both Botkins and Reedy were arrested on narcotics possession charges.
