A Buffalo man was charged Saturday with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
Demetrius Small, 43, of Monroe Street, was charged with aggravated sexual abuse and sexual abuse in connection with an incident on the East Side. Police said the victim told them she woke up about 3:30 a.m. as the suspect assaulted her.
