Warsaw police identify man accused of growing marijuana

Warsaw police on Saturday released the name of the man charged with growing 100 marijuana plants worth $50,000.

Scott Moulton, 41, of Brooklyn Street was charged on Friday after firefighters responded to a fire at his house.
