A Buffalo woman was charged with felony DWI early Saturday, after a breath test showed her blood-alcohol level at .21 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
Transit Police Officer John Yuhnke said that about 3:45 a.m., he was stopped at a red light at Main and Amherst streets when a vehicle almost rear-ended his car. He said he also saw the vehicle swerving between lanes.
Evette E. Warford, 44, of South Division Street, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. Police said she had been convicted of DWI n 2004.
