Buffalo police say they are investigating the city’s first homicide of 2013, after a man was fatally shot while sitting in a vehicle along Kensington Avenue early Saturday.
The deadly incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m., near Kensington Avenue and Castle Place, between Fillmore Avenue and Grider Street.
The 42-year-old victim, whose name has not yet been released, was declared dead at the scene.
