Buffalo police nabbed a suspected burglar on Saturday and accused him of breaking into a home on the Upper West Side.

Reymundo Nieves-Rojas, 40, was charged with second-degree trespass, possession of burglary tools and petit larceny, after being caught by officers in an attic of a house in the 400 block of West Utica Street, according to police reports.

Police were called just before 3 p.m., when Reymundo was spotted using a ladder to get into the house through a second-story window, police said.

Reymundo is accused of entering the house to steal copper and aluminum piping. Police said they found a mini crow bar in his possession.
