LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man, charged Jan. 8 with possession of crack cocaine following a traffic stop in that city, pleaded not guilty to a six-count indictment Thursday in Niagara County Court.
Anthony D. Bones, 25, of A Street, is charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree criminal impersonation, unlicensed driving and failing to signal a turn.
Police said they pulled Bones’ car over in the 1300 block of Haeberle Avenue about 1:30 a.m. and seized more than 10 grams of crack and $1,100 in cash.
