NIAGARA FALLS – A supervisor for Environmental and Geotechnical Drilling Services of Syracuse told Niagara Falls police that someone took miscellaneous field equipment from a flat bed truck sometime between 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Monday while it was parked at Nu-Age Inc. at 2900 Service Road.
The supervisor told police that workers at the site are very diligent about securing the fence at 5 p.m. every workday. However a set of tire tracks was found in an unsecured area that the company does not own.
When he arrived Monday, the supervisor found that a pressure washer, a space heater, a bottle of acetylene, a trash pump, three hoses, forks for a skid steer, and five ratchet straps had been stolen. The total loss was listed as $6,050.
