DUNKIRK – Traiquane C. Nance, 24, of Plover Street, who was sought for his alleged role in a Jan. 1 attack on Swan Street here, appeared about 11:45 a.m. Monday at Dunkirk Police headquarters on Central Avenue with his attorney and was arraigned before City Judge Walter Drag on charges of second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon, both of them felonies.
His bail was set at $40,000 cash or $80,000 property. Police said the assault took place in the 400 block of Swan about 4 a.m. Jan. 1.
