WARSAW – A 24-year-old Fillmore man was arrested for the third time in the last year for driving with a suspended license after he was stopped for an auto equipment infraction on at about 3:22 a.m. Wednesday on East Koy Road in the Town of Genesee Falls, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s office reported Friday.
Michael A. Munto II of South Main Street, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree because of a previous conviction and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree because of alcohol consumption. He also was charged with being an unlicensed operator and for having an illegal front side window tint on his vehicle.
Deputies also reported by an unidentified passenger in Munto’s vehicle was charged with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Both were released to a third party after being ordered to appear in Jan. 12 in Genesee Falls Town Court.
