WARSAW – A 24-year-old Savona man was arrested for aggravated unlicensed driving after he was pulled over on East Buffalo Street in the Village of Warsaw because of malfunctioning brake lights at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday, the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Kaleb T. Drake of Walling Road, had his driver’s license suspended twice recently in Brutus Town Court cases. He was charged Tuesday with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree and having inadequate brake lamps. After a passenger in his vehicle who had a valid driver’s license agreed to drive Drake home, he was issued a ticket to appear Jan. 27 in Warsaw Village Court.
