TOWN OF NIAGARA – Town of Niagara and Niagara Falls police Saturday morning arrested a Buffalo man accused of stealing a credit card the suspect used on a shopping spree.
The credit card was stolen from Primerano Fitness on Military Road, said police, who went first to the Kmart on Military, then Target on Niagara Falls Boulevard, where the credit card was used to purchase a TV set and an iPad worth a total of $982.
The suspect, identified as Robert R. Wilkins. 26, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. The merchandise was recovered, police said.
