A 15-year-old boy stabbed multiple times early Saturday was in serious condition in Erie County Medical Center, and the Town of Tonawanda police have a suspect in custody.
Moshe E. Rodriguez, 21, of the Town of Tonawanda, was charged with first-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon, tampering with physical evidence and endangering the welfare of a child.
The stabbing occurred about 12:40 a.m. on Cowper Court, near Cobb Street. Rodriguez also was charged with petit larceny and making a false written statement to police.
The victim’s name was not released by police and further details were unavailable.
