NIAGARA FALLS – A Ransomville woman told police she was assaulted by a man when she went to a house to buy drugs Sunday.
The 22-year-old victim was found by police at 7 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Sixth Street. clutching her stomach and in pain and was initially uncooperative with officers saying she didn’t know what happened, but she finally admitted she had gone to the Niagara Falls address to try to buy pills.
She said she had never been to the house before and didn’t bring money. She said a man at the house was demanding money from her and threw her to the ground and kneed her in the stomach several times, then told her to leave.
The woman was not charged and refused to wait for an ambulance, according to police. She refused to give a description of the house or names of occupants, said police.
