WARSAW – A West Seneca man was jailed in Warsaw on Wednesday evening after a repeat arrest for driving while intoxicated, according to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies observed Paul R. Goszewski, 59, crash into the curbing on East Buffalo Street, authorities said, which caused two flat tires. He continued to drive a short distance before he yielded to the deputies, and his blood-alcohol content was found to be twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent, officials said.

Goszewski was driving while his license was revoked for a previous DWI, deputies said. He was charged with felony DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and consumption of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.

He is scheduled to appear in Warsaw Court in September, officials said.
