A Buffalo man pleaded guilty Thursday before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to conspiracy to possess and distribute heroin and cocaine.
Pascual Giovanny Navarro-Gonzalez, 29, is the latest of three defendants to admit his role in a drug-trafficking ring that ended with their arrest in March of last year.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Mary Catherine Baumgarten said Navarro-Gonzalez was arrested with Erick Joel Reyes Barretto and Juan Montanez after law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at his residence on Montclair Avenue in Buffalo.
His plea is the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Erie County Sheriff’s Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
