Two men have been arrested on robbery and other charges after the robbery of a woman getting into her car in the Boulevard Mall parking lot on Niagara Falls Blvd. about 4:30 p.m. Friday, police reported.
Fardadt Vahdat, 22, of Amherst and Dominic Natarseh, 25, of Buffalo were held Friday night in the Amherst Police Headquarters lockup cell following their arrest on Niagara Falls Boulevard and Sheridan Drive by Police Officers Joseph Oishei and William Cloen. After their car was impounded ,a court-search approved by Judge Jeffrey Voelkl revealed a firearm and the robbery victim’s stolen purse.
Both suspects are charged with first-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny, criminal use of a firearm in the second-degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second-degree.
