A 30-year-old Clarence man was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and marijuana possession following a traffic stop Monday evening in the Town of Clarence, state police reported.
At about 6:40 p.m., Trooper Michael Ballow observed a vehicle driving 60 mph in a 35-mph zone on Shimerville Road. The driver, Peter N. Bordin, also was accused of having a small amount of marijuana in his vehicle, police said.
Troopers said that a breath test revealed a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 percent
