A 52-year-old Buffalo man stands accused of threatening to kill his wife if she didn’t come home from work, police said.
Eugene Lawrence, of Peach Street, was charged with harassment, criminal possession of stolen property and felony criminal possession of a weapon, Buffalo police said Sunday.
Lawrence allegedly threatened to kill his wife about 2 p.m. Saturday if she didn’t come home, police said. When B District officers went to investigate, they found a 22-caliber revolver in the couple’s home, and later determined the gun had been stolen from the City of Olean, according to a police report.
