A Town of Tonawanda man pleaded guilty Tuesday before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to possession of child pornography.
Rosan J. Mack, 38, was accused of making a videotape of a 13-year-old girl engaged in sex with an underaged boy but, as part of his plea deal, admitted to only possessing the tape.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo said Mack will face a mandatory maximum sentence of 10 years in prison when sentenced by Arcara.
