A Cheektowaga man with three drunken-driving convictions was arrested again early today in the Southtowns, Erie County sheriff’s deputies reported.
Joshua P. Brown, 33, was pulled over for speeding on Route 16, near Capital Heights, at about 1:40 a.m. A breath test indicated a blood-alcohol content of .13, deputies said.
Brown was charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated, based on two convictions within 10 years. Deputies said Brown has been convicted three times: in February 2003, June 2003 and April 2007.
He also was charged with multiple traffic infractions and criminal possession of a controlled substance – narcotic pills, according to deputies.
Brown was taken to the county Holding Center to await arraignment in Holland Town Court.
