A Connecticut man has been accused of raping a 14-year-old Rochester girl last June in Lancaster.
Brian P. Michinko, 26, of Danbury, Conn., remained in the Erie County Holding Center Wednesday night, several hours after Lancaster Village Justice Daniel E. Rinow ordered Michinko held on $10,000 bail.
Michinko is accused of raping the teen in the village last June. Lancaster Police Detective Keith Keri arrested him early Wednesday and charged him with second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Michinko faces further court proceedings Monday, according to village Police Capt. William J. Karn Jr.
