Ibrahim was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, as well as 14 violations of vehicle and traffic law. He’s in the county Holding Center, awaiting arraignment in Clarence Town Court.
