LOCKPORT – A Hamburg man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to an 11-count indictment accusing him of beating his estranged wife twice in her City of Lockport home.
Matthew J. Siuda III, 31, of Woodway Court, Hamburg, is charged with three counts each of second- and third-degree assault and single counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, second- and third-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
The incidents allegedly occurred Dec. 7 and 10. Siuda is accused of ramming the woman’s head into the floor and of kicking her. He remains free on his own recognizance.
