A 33-year-old Dartmouth Avenue man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on criminal trespass and other charges for allegedly threatening workers at the Bailey Avenue business where he used to work and one of the police officers who later booked him after his arrest.

Jeffrey Miller was taken into custody about 3:30 p.m. after police were called when he refused to leave the former store where he worked on Bailey Avenue near Kensington Avenue. Miller was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment for allegedly threatening to stab his former co-workers with a pen as they begged him to leave the store. He was charged with another harassment count for allegedly “verbally” abusing and threatening “bodily harm” to a police lieutenant overseeing his booking.
