ATTICA – A Buffalo woman was arrested here Sunday for unlicensed driving after Attica police officers spotted objects hanging from her rear view mirror and obstructing her view as she drive along Exchange Street about 3:30 p.m.
Amy L. Velazquez of Seneca Street, was charged with aggravated unlicensed driving after a state computer check revealed her driver’s license had been revoked after six earlier traffic incidents. She was also charged Sunday with having her driver’s view obstructed by objects on her rearview mirror and failing to use an interlock device ordered because of a recent drunken driving conviction.
Before she was released to a licensed driver who came to pick her up, she was ordered to appear in Attica Court for further proceedings in several weeks.
