BATAVIA – A 53-year-old Perry man was arrested by the Genesee County Sheriff’s office Monday for allegedly stealing over $3,000 worth of steel from a Town of Pavilion business on Route 63 during periodic overnight break-ins in February.
John S. Dueppenglesser of Page Road was arraigned in Pavilion Town Court on a felony charge of grand larceny in the third degree and was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice Bureau officials pending further court proceedings. The case was investigated by Genesee County Deputies Bradley Mazur, John Duyssen and Joseph Loftus with assistance from both the Livingston County and Wyoming County sheriffs’ offices.
