WHEATFIELD – State police have requested help from the public in identifying a woman suspected in the armed robbery at 10:44 p.m. Friday at the Citgo Jolly Rogers, located at 2065 River Road.
The robber – described as approximately 4 foot 10 inches to 5 feet tall, wearing sunglasses, a hoodie and blue jeans – entered the store with what appeared to be a long gun and demanded money from the clerk, police said. The suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register.
Both state police and Niagara County sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene.
