A Buffalo man who tried to avoid a traffic stop about 11:20 a.m. Friday on the Kensington Expressway ended up crashing into a tree, state police said.

Seth H. He also was charged with fleeing from police, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and reckless driving.
