LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man admitted Thursday that he violated a woman’s order of protection by contacting her in person April 21.
Howard M. Neal, 26, of Linwood Avenue, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal contempt and could go to prison for as long as four years when County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III sentences him April 24. The incident came nearly a year after the restraining order was imposed.
