Two Buffalo men were arrested for drugs when State Police assigned to the Buffalo Strike Force stopped their vehicle for not having its headlights lighted about 10 p.m. Friday on Niagara Street near Virginia Street.
Joseph M. Daniel, 218, the driver, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after troopers reported finding he had crack cocaine. His passenger, Sean P. Miller, 27, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was found to have some heroin. Miller was also charged with criminal impersonation for having a fake identification card. Both of them face City Court proceedings in several weeks.
