WARSAW – The arrest of a 47-year-old Perry man for allegedly assaulting a 58-year-old woman in a Portageville bowling alley on Feb. 15 was reported Monday by the State Police.
David M. Preen was charged with third-degree assault for the incident in the Letchworth Pines Bowling Alley and Restaurant that sent the victim to the Wyoming County Community Hospital for treatment.
Preen was arrested last Wednesday and he faces further proceedings in Genesee Falls Town Court in several weeks. The victim, who troopers would not identify, is recovering from her injuries and she has been granted a court order of protection against Preen.
