A 25-year-old Clarence man arrested for driving while intoxicated early Monday morning later refused to take a breath test, state police reported.
Troopers said they stopped Stefan Tservranckx for speeding on Ransom Road in the Town of Clarence and determined that he was intoxicated. Tservranckx was taken back to the state police barracks in Clarence, where he refused the test, officials said.
