ATTICA – A 21-year-old Attica man was jailed after Attica police subdued him as he fought them when they were called to his Market Street flat about 1:10 a.m. Sunday.
Lucas D. Booth was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct. Police were called to his flat amid reports he was yelling and using obscene language at other people. He initially resisted being taken into custody and was forcibly restrained. He was remanded to the Wyoming County Jail after arraignment in Attica Village Court.
