Erie County sheriff’s road patrols made two DWI arrests late Saturday of drivers who refused to consent to breath tests, according to a report.
Deputies patrolling Main Road in the Town of Newstead observed a vehicle in a ditch and arrested Keith A. Dablewski, 41, for driving while intoxicated.
Deputies also charged Amos W. Marvel, 38, with DWI after he was stopped near Main Street and Transit Road in Clarence.
Both drivers were taken to the sheriff’s Clarence station and released on appearance tickets. A breath test refusal results in immediate revocation of a New York State driver’s license.
