LOCKPORT – A Lockport man, one of two suspects captured in an Aug. 24 drug raid at an apartment on Niagara Street, pleaded not guilty to a three-count indictment Tuesday in Niagara County Court.
Mark D. Kahle, 43, of Bonner Drive, is charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Cocaine and a scale allegedly were seized in the raid, Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said.
Co-defendant Shanna C. Quackenbush, 33, of Remick Parkway, Lockport, is scheduled for arraignment today on the same charges.
