A 23-year-old Town of Lockport man was arrested Friday for allegedly shaking his 5-month-old son so violently Wednesday that the infant is now listed in critical condition at Buffalo’s Women and Children’s Hospital.
Christopher T. Fuller Jr., of Dysinger Road, was charged with two felonies, first-degree assault and reckless assault of a child.
After arraignment in Lockport Town Court, he was taken to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bail bond.
The sheriff’s office said Fuller faces more court proceedings at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
