Two Buffalo men were arrested on felony drug charges and trespass counts when they were found about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday walking out of the yard of a Townsend Street house where neither of them lived, Buffalo police reported Friday.
Michael Fick, 52, of Broadway, and Robert Williams, 55, of Townsend Street, were both charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana after police officers reported finding they had crack cocaine and two bags of marijuana. Both also were charged with criminal trespass for being in a yard several blocks down the street from Williams’ residence.
