A 28-year-old Fillmore Avenue man and a 32-year-old Moselle Street man were arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, including an allegedly lighted smoke, while sitting in a parked car a few doors from the Moselle Street suspect’s house Wednesday night.
Rashad Terrell of Fillmore Avenue and Gary Walker were both charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana when police went to their parked car in front of a vacant lot near Walker’s home about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday and allegedly found a lighted marijuana cigarette and other unlighted pot smokes in the vehicle.
