A 53-year-old Curtiss Street man was arrested on marijuana and disorderly conduct charges when police officers said they found him loitering on Genesee Street at Goodyear Avenue just after 12 midnight Thursday.
Derrick Williams was reportedly found to have seven bags of marijuana on him when questioned. In addition to disorderly conduct he was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
