A 19-year-old non-student from 15th Street was arrested about 9 a.m. today in front of McKinley High School on Elmwood Avenue and charged with having 11 vials of marijuana.
After being stopped by a school security officer for allegedly suspicious activity in front of the school, Issam K. Darbo was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police officers reported finding the marijuana in a pouch he was carrying and in a sleeve of his hoodie.
