A 26-year-old Humber Avenue man was arrested early this morning for allegedly choking and punching a neighbor woman during an argument.
Johnnie Woods was charged about 3:45 a.m. with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment for the alleged incident in the woman’s flat. The woman told police Woods cut her face with a punch and choked her before she got away and called for help.
