FREDONIA – A Warren, Pa. man faces a variety of charges after Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies investigated a property damage accident shortly before 7 p.m. Thursday on Route 60 in the Town of Pomfret.
Jesse Huddleston, 31, of Conewango Avenue, was found to be in possession of a collapsible baton. He was charged with driving with failure to keep right, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and fourth -degree criminal possession of a weapon.
He was turned over to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department to answer to an outstanding warrant.
