A man was shot twice – once in each leg – in a Christmas Day drive-by shooting on Shirley Avenue, Buffalo police reported Friday.
The shooting occurred shortly after 7 p.m. in the 200 block of Shirley as the man was standing outside a house talking to a friend, according to police reports.
A neighbor transported the victim, whose name was not released, to Erie County Medical Center for treatment, police said. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
