A 41-year-old Donovan Drive man was arrested on marijuana charges after he allegedly refused to get out of the way of police officers checking on a report about a “suspicious vehicle” at East Ferry Street and Cornwall Avenue about 8:40 p.m. Wednesday.
Parris Palmer was arrested after he allegedly refused to comply with police officer requests, began harassing them and threatened the officers with harm if they didn’t leave him alone. After a bag of suspected marijuana was found in his trousers pocket he was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, harassment, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration.
