LOCKPORT – Nino V. Casale, 30, of West Market Street, Niagara Falls, was placed on five years’ probation Wednesday by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas in a drug case.
Casale pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for selling the painkiller oxymorphone Oct. 30 and Nov. 6 near his home.
Defense attorney Angelo Musitano contended Wednesday that Casale sold only one pill.
