LOCKPORT – A Niagara County grand jury has indicted a Niagara Falls father and son on drug possession charges.
Levester Rose Jr., 64, of Main Street, pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Niagara County Court to third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
His son, Levester Rose III, 35, of Dudley Avenue, who had yet to be arraigned, faces the same charges along with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to stop.
Police pulled their car over ay 20 on Whitney Avenue and said they found crack and powder cocaine in the auto, along with a small amount of marijuana.
