Buffalo police today said they do not believe foul play was involved in the death of a University at Buffalo student whose body was discovered by friends Sunday afternoon in his University Heights apartment.
Detectives would not identify the 18-year-old out-of-town student but said he was found in an unresponsive state inside an apartment at 93 Winspear Ave.
Authorities are awaiting the results of an autopsy scheduled for today before making a determination of the cause of death.
Det. Reginald Minor said the student was found by friends at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday and is believed to have been dead several hours when he was found.
