Three homes were burglarized Wednesday night in the City of Lockport, police said this morning.
Burglars entered homes on Franklin, Erie and High streets by opening unlocked doors or ground floor windows, police said.
Residents were home at the time of the burglaries but police made no mention of any confrontations.
Two males – one white and one black, both described as thin and under six feet tall and dressed in black clothing – are suspected in the High Street case.
Anyone with information can call Lockport police at 433-7700 and speak directly to a police officer or call 439-6707 and leave a message on the confidential tip line.
Police encouraged all residents to lock their doors and windows on the ground floor.
