LOCKPORT – A man and woman were charged by the Niagara County Sheriff Department on Wednesday for their roles in a strong arm robbery which occurred on Aug. 29 on Dysinger Road in the Town of Lockport.
Todd M. Delavalle Jr., 23, of the Town of Lockport and Jamie L. Sewall, 26, of Getzville, were both charged with two counts of second-degree robbery and one count of second-degree assault. Both were arraigned in Town of Lockport court and bail was set at $20,000 for Delavalle and $10,000 for Sewell. A return court date was set for today
The victim said the two forcibly took cash from him at his apartment building on Dysinger Road.
